Preventol RI80

Preventol RI80 is a concentrated liquid preparation of quaternary ammonium salts with a broad spectrum of activity covering fungi, bacteria and algae. It is used for the production of disinfectant solutions to be applied to stone materials, plasters, wood, ceramics... in aqueous solutions with concentrations ranging from 2 to 10%.

PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES:

Active principle: Alkyl Dimethylbenzylammonium Chloride (Benzalkonium chloride)

Appearance: colourless to straw-yellow liquid

Density: 0.97 kg/l at 20°C

pH: 7 - 9

Recommended dilutions:

- Desinfection (in water): 0,03-0,13%

- Substrate treatment (in water or alcohol): 1,0-2,0%

- Algae prevention in water: 2,5-12,5 ppm
